1200 Brickyard Lane is a 100,000 square foot building located in the center of the Water Campus. The new building has incredible views of the Mississippi River, downtown Baton Rouge or the beautiful Main Square of the Campus. Local art in the lobby and a 2,000 square foot fitness center is located on the main floor for the building’s office tenants. Two Level III fast charging stations for electric vehicles are located across the street.

Key Tenants

Louisiana Cyber Coordination Center (LC3)

The Louisiana Cyber Coordination Center will be located in the newest building on campus along with engineering, disaster recovery and government agencies. Cybersecurity professionals from the Louisiana National Guard will conduct cyber missions alongside peers from LSU’s applied research affiliate, Stephenson Technologies Corp., and Radiance Technologies, a private defense contractor. The center will promote a safer cyber community in Louisiana through information sharing, training and partnering among federal and state agencies, academia and industry experts. Once fully operational, the Water Campus site will play a key role in responding to civilian cyberattacks upon schools and government institutions, as well as private workplaces.
