The master planning of The Water Campus was designed by Dover, Kohl, & Partners and Urban Design Associates, two of the nation’s preeminent urban planning firms. The campus enriches the Baton Rouge cityscape while stimulating new economic growth. Downtown Baton Rouge has already seen more than $2 billion in comeback investments, and the campus is sparking development along Nicholson Drive, a key link between the city center and Louisiana State University.
The campus is designed so that it balances the demand for productive and inspiring workspaces, open and inviting public environments and lush parkland – all connected in a shared space along the Mississippi river.
