The Development Team

The planning and development of The Water Campus is managed by Dover, Kohl, & Partners and Urban Design Associates, two of the nation’s preeminent urban planning firms. The campus enriches the Baton Rouge cityscape while stimulating new economic growth. Downtown Baton Rouge has already seen more than $2 billion in comeback investments, and the campus is sparking development along Nicholson Drive, a key link between the city center and Louisiana State University.
